A post elsewhere suggests that you can turn off the Passlock system by using the radio. You can do this by turning the key on, pressing volume until the readout says SETTINGS, then scrolling to Security to toggle off by pressing reset
You can't. It has an anti-theft device. The days of boosting a car with a couple of wires ended in the 1980s! You have to fix the problem, not find a way around it.

Yes, it is a Passlock system. Here are a couple of links. One for a relearn procedure, and another for troubleshooting failure and bypassing if needed.
There isnt any way to disable it that I know of, if you could, anybody could steal the car. It just needs to be fixed by a qualified repair shop or the dealer.
Wiring diagrams can be found online, however i believe you can re-learn the key by leaving it inside the ignition tumblen and switch it to accesory. Then disconnect the b attery for about ten minutes and then try starting the car without taking the key out.
