Need to replace starter on the chrysler 2002 sebring
SOURCE: where is the starter located on 2002 Chrysler
Starter is under the hood 100% there! u will not be able to see it from the top! it locates (if its V6 2.7L) on the front of engine, under the hood u will see exhaust pipe with a sensor closer to the radiator. to replace it u need to lift car and start from the bottom, take off "Y" shaped pipe, from the top cover of the exhaust pipes and u will see what to do then. ( it took me to change starter about 3 hours) but u can do it in 2 hours.
SOURCE: 2002 Sebring LXi Convertible Starter Motor Fuse Blown 2x
Starter solenoid. I don't have the page here but in chiltons a page shows the ignition to fuse to relay to starter and if you look closely it's quite basic. I had same problem with constant fuse blow #8. The solenoid over time wears and sometimes sticks. When it sticks, your system can overload thus burn fuse. I bet you never stalled out while driving, but only when you shut off and start somewhere it's a no go. That's because you're system is already engaged. I had to change starter as solenoid part of it all. I see others suffer this same problem so please share this around. Solenoid can stick for a millisecond.

SOURCE: 2002 Chrysler Sebring Oil pressure light
Could be a bad oil pressure switch, or a bad oil pump. Both will cause this issue. Hope it is the switch b/c the oil pump is a costly repair.
SOURCE: replacing headlight bulbs on a 2006 chrysler sebring
Behind the headlight you should see a eletrical wires running to the headlight section. There will be a 2 inch round plastic ring. You grap the back of the bulb and turn it to the right which will release the bulb and the socket. You pull out the bulb and replace it the same way. If this doesnt help then get back to me.
