I have a 1996 chevy blazer that wont start. i replaced the plugs wires cap and rotor, and the crank sensor, there is no signal to the coil and the power wire to the cam sensor is grounded out all the wy back to the fuse but when i turn the ignition on it has no power and is not grounded out???any ideas
It sounds as if you distributor is toast. I had a similar problem just occur on my Chevey 454. After I changed the Distributor w/ engine module and timed her she started right up and is back to normal. Try this if its not getting any spark to the plugs.

if there is no signal to the coil then it wont have a spark, and i can smell the fuel, so i know that is there. and the lights inside the car work it turns over the timing is right it just has no spark.
BUT WHAT SENSES THE TIME TO SPARK
Start with the basic tests, Does the engine have fuel, spark and air.
