Cylinders 2-4-6 are on the front Cylinder 1-3-5 are on the back The coils are labeled as to which cylinder they supply spark to.

do you mean firing order? google firing order for your engine. GM cylinders are numbered front to back and left to right. Sometimes the numbers are printed on the wires. number one cylinder is front left, number 2 is front right, etc--like lacing a shoe.
