SOURCE: CHANGE HEAD LIGHT
you change the bulb from inside the engine compartment . raise the hood and feel for a plastic retaining ring in the back of the headlite. Loosen 1/4 turn and bulb socket and old bulb will pull out from the headlite assembly Unplug the old bulb and replace with new one . assemble in reverse order.

Yes, I would replace it according to the owner's manual. Could be very expensive if it breaks.

If you've replaced the actuators and they are working.
One of the blend doors may be broken inside the heater box. To repair or replace the broken door you
have to remove the heater box. This is not a small job. The book gives 6-7 hours for the job. There is a
cheat that I've heard good things about. I guess it can
be done in a fraction of the time. You can find out
about it at heatertreater.net I have not used it myself
but I know somone who has. And it worked well for
him. Hope this helps.

I called couple mechanics. One mechanic just put another fuse in the fuse box in the hood area, but that didn't last long and we told him that fuse will blow again. Sure enough it did after 5 minutes and we actually paid $40 for him to take a look at it (what a waste of money). I also called Mitsubishi dealership but they charge arm and a leg to diagnose the problem. I finally brought it to mechanic close to home and he keep it overnight he thinks he has an idea on whats causing it. I'll find out more tomorrow.
