1. Check the fuse that supplies the power windows.
2. If the fuse is good, then check the wiring harness that passes to the drivers door. If there's a broken wire, power will not be supplied to the windows and they won't work.
on some vehicles there is a switch that disables lights some are on dash some are on the overhead light. if only one bulb ck bulb, if all lights could also be fuse
a brake in ur wires in the door,on a 04 grand i had the same problem,in the wire harness were the junction box is rust had broken one of the male prongs
I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee the power windows,power seat , door would not lock , and the inside lights would stay one ..i thought it was a fuse problem but no fuses for that ... in the rubber boot between the door and frame ..the was the ground wire was split ... put a **** connector on it everything works great now ....
