Sounds like maybe the main computer is bad. When you cranked the engine there is not any indication that it is firing. If you have changed the fuel pump and coil and it still wont even fire, the computer is most likely the cause. Even if the timming was off you would still get some indication that it was trying to start although it probably would not if the timming was off, but the fact it's not even trying to fire yeah that's my take.
The fuel pump will only run until it gets up to pressure
How can I get it up to pressure
You need to check the timing belt. I noticed the engine sounded a little off while cranking. this car has a tining beld as well as a balancer belt . you will need to change both if bad. It has been a while since I wouked on one of thiese models butI thing there is a cover on the passenger side of the engine you can easily remove to check the belt. Some have a plug in the timing cover you can remove an ssee of the timing gear is turning. If you get a HAYNES repair manual you will save a lot of time and money by not throwing money at an unknown problem. good luck.
It shuts off when up to pressure and that is what you said it was doing on the video. Sorry for the spelling. I find I can not edit these posts before posting. Mark D. 30 years mechanic and Jack of all Trades...and still running a small shop at home.

Why you change fuel pump,I would change fuel filter first.you change coil, could be module and tune up.Check battery and connection ,battery should be 12.5V.

the best way is to, swap it with another relay ( the same as the fuel pump one) and see if it works.

First, I suggest you take it to someone who knows what they are doing. You take it to a shop for xyz problem and they charge you for fixing the problem, it should be fixed, period. First thing I always do is pull fault codes if the vehicle is equipped with ECU before servicing or removing the battery. Providing what you provided is true.. it turns fine without hesitation, fuel is getting to engine. Many things can cause it not to start, bad ECU, bad wiring, bad injectors, bad sensors, including air flow sensors like MAF, oil pressure switch. It most likely is electrical. Any car with OBD should give a read out of all the sensors.. with proper equipment. And hopefully contain a stored code of the problem... a computer with a actual OBD connection & software is needed for advanced troubleshooting not hand held units like you find at auto parts stores. I would say your best beat is Air/O2/Oil pressure sensors. A experienced master technician should be able to key in on the problem quickly.

If the engine fires up for a second or two with starting fluid then the fuel pump is weak.I would check the fuel pressure and if its not within the specs then replace the pump and filter.

Check battery for crank power, go to auto zone.
