I found it best to remove radiator first before trying to tackle the alternator... once that is removed then you can easily get to it to unloosen bolt and swap

Replace water pump 1995 oldsmobile aurora

I did a 2001 and it wasn't too bad. You need a special tool to remove the pump from the water jacket. I just rented it from Autozone for free.
Don't let is go too long. I let mine go until the bearing froze up. Then it damaged the belt and pully running off the cam. Cost me another 200.00 in parts.

remove the two screws at the bottom of the door panel, and remove the plug around the door lever and remove the screw. Now lift up on the door panel. it needs to come up about an inch before you can pull it off, you will need to pull the insert out around the lever and pull the lever to get the door panel to clear.

Where is the computer location on this aurora 1995

the pcm is located under the lower portion of the passenger dash. you need to remove the black plastic cover held down by 2 7mm bolts. it has red white and blue connectors. not sure on the steering wheel but i'm quite sure you need to remove the center bolt and use a steering wheel puller to remove it. then put the new one on by tightening the center bolt until wheel is fully pressed in.

I cannot remove the alternator from a 2001 olds aurora

Is this a 4.0 or a 3.5?
I did a 3.5 recently and you need to remove the support over the radiator and then remove the radiator fans. You are supposed to move the AC compressor, however I was able to get the alternator our without doing that.

Hi how do you replace an alternator for a oldsmobile aurora

Oh wow. I am gonna assume this is the 3.5l v6 engine. If this is the case, then the alternator is under the engine just above the right side drive axle. If this is that engine , then it must be removed from the bottom of the car. The engine cradle must be lowered to access it.
