both are located in the exhaust system. You have to get the car off the ground and follw pipes. You cant miss the O2 sensors.

SOURCE: location of knock sensor on a 98 honda civic v -tech 4 cylinder

It is on the lower left side of the engine (side towards firewall - see picture).
Knock sensor failures are pretty rare, why are you looking for it?
