Lincoln Town Car Air Springs can be had for a little over $100 each, but keep in mind the rest of the system still has to operate as it was designed. What happens most of the time, is that by the time the owner realizes there's leaking air springs, it's already damaged the Air Suspension Compressor. If you want to fix it for good, do a Suspension Conversion and be done with it once & for all.
that could be anything from the compressor which is located in front of the driver side front wheel well. All the way back to the air springs themselves, generally if the rear suddenly drops you have a crack or even a hole in one or both of your air springs. If you do not address this immediately you will damage the compressor.
This problem sounds like the Idle Air Control is sticking when cold. At the back of the intake manifold, at the base of the elbow where the rubbber air plenum clamps on, is where the IAC is located. It has an electrical connection with a red and a white/light blue wire. Replacement is recommended, but sometimes the sticking can be resolved by removing and cleaning.
The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank on a 94 TOWN CAR. On the side of the tank facing the front of the car, up high on the tank there is a round plate with fuel lines and an electrical connection. The pump is attached to this plate.
It is located under the air cleaner box. the fuse is located with the relay in the fuse box under the hood, it is not marked but there should be info in the owners manual.
if you're talking about a 94 town car, it's under the hood in the 'engine compartment fuse box' my book says fuse "U" is air suspension. Also beside the fuses are four relays. the second one down is 'air suspension relay'. hope this helps.good luck.if i fixed ya please rate me. thanks
when i used too work on them some owner did away with the air system and went too a heavy duty shock instead might be worth looking into too save some cash or even an after market air shock
