the one marked CIG ! 20 fuses under dash , in box. the one blown will be it. fuse id #25 is cig/radio fuse. 25amps rated. i have no drawing of the box. you will have to look with a flashing and see the words stamped there.
there must have been a weak connection somewhere in the line. use a volt meter to trace from the lighter to the fuse box. I have also seen the wire connection go bad during a short in the back of the fuse box itself where the wire goes in. follow the 12 volts and you will find your problem.
I don't believe that the lighter has a relay in it's circuit. My best guess is that the lighter element shorted out, causing the fuse to blow. The lighter part that you pull out of the socket can be disassembled by unscrewing the knob. The element (part that glows red) can be replaced. Any auto parts store should have one. Hi! The cigarette fuse is somehow interconnected with the radio fuse. If no luck, then i believe that the cigarette lighter needs to be replaced. Hope this helps and have a good one!
The fuse box cover should tell you which fuse controls the lighter. Also, I've seen it where the people forget to hook the harness up to connect the lighter unit
