I have a 2004 honda accord coupe. i got it second hand. it was summer when i got it, therefore i didn't check the seat heaters at the time. They don't work at all. No lights on the buttons and no heat from the seats. Are they fixable? How?
Like Chris d whiz and FTJoe say, check the fuse in the fuse box first. Seems strange that both seat heater switches would have failed. If the fuse if fine, it is probably bad switches. you can buy replacement seat heater switches from the dealer for about $28 or so each. They are very simple to replace. Just pop off the trim piece around the gear shifter and unscrew the switch and put the new one in place. To pop off the trim piece, start at teh top and work your way toward the back of the car. There are three catches on each side that hold it in place.

can you look in the owner's manual and find were the fuse boxes are for this car, then see if the one for the seats is blown?
