Cannot get phone to work in 2006 Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas

Screen shows bluetooth "phone connected"eassage but it will not dial a number when entered - it also shows my phone book but will not dial from it - the phone connection grid on the screen shows only the lowest reading but the phone is fully charged - could the phone battery be at fault - my phone is a Sanyo Kanata - there is no manual of phone instructions with the car - so I am at a loss

p0193 sounds like a ip sensor circuit malfunction the p1111 is system check has been completed p1000 system check is not completed..that number will check from 1000 to 1111 when the car has ran a complete self check of itself.

Missing Cell phone from Jaguar xj vanden plas
i have a 2004 xjr with the telephone armrest cradle. The problem is even though i have the factory phone it's not E911 compliant. As a result when it was accidently deactivated it can no longer have service. Be on the lookout for another phone that will fit. Good luck ---- I read on a blog that the CRAVE will work by verizon but have not looked into it yet.

no there is'nt enough pressure underneath to make it leak try tighting up the valve cover bolts or just getting a new gasket about a $6.00 to $10.00 dollar fix depending on where you go
