Could be the low wishbone ball joint or top end mounting for suspension. could also be the idlers for the anti roll bar. (these you test by pulling them about if they move or clunk change both sides.) wishbone lower you need to use a bar and life in the gap to see if there is movement. can also be the steering idler this you just push up and down if it moves excessively the bush is damaged
Is it more of a whomp whomp whomp noise that varies frequency depending on speed ?
Could be a worn wheel bearing
They are a sealed unit if it is a wheel bearing .
SOURCE: thumping noise in front drivers side wheel and
Check your suspension bar and check your front strut assembly, jack up the side you here the noise on and pry against the tire to see if you have any movement between the strut housing and the frame, make sure the top strut nuts are tight, if they are next check tie rod ends to see if you have any play, next pull the wheel from the top and bottom to see if it's loose if it is watch while someone else wiggles the tire, you could have a tie rod loose or a king pin loose. Also it could be a wheel-bearing nut. Let me know what you find so I can tell you how to replace it.

It's the left front wheel bearing. Take it to your favorite mechanic if you have one, any good tech can do it, but he/she could run into complications with a car of that age. (The hip bone's connected to the thigh bone, the thigh bone's connected to the knee bone, etc, and there's probably a good share of corrosion down there).

SOURCE: How to replace passenger side mirror on 2007 Camry
To remove mirror pry off inside triangle panel(black) which exposes 3 nuts which are removed with socket wrench. Detach wire harness and pull out mirror assembly. To replace insert new mirror screws thru assigned holes and reconnect wire harness and tighten nuts to snug. Push inside triangle panel back into place and you're done! It's that easy.
