I am having the same problem it doesn't happen all the time and honestly I am so tired of this car! This morning I was running late to work and my car decided to not start :/... it is turning over I was told that it MAY be the ignition switch, anyone know about how much a replacement would be and what I need to ask for I don't want to pay out the wazoo.

Does it turn over every time when you say doesn't start need a better description ,check battery ,battery cables, battery terminals if it does crank and just doesn't start check ignition switch ,main relay or ignition ignitor

Car would start sometimes and sometimes would not. now it will not start at all, there is no crank but there is a clicking, lights on dash n stereo etc. works. Two days before there was oil in the spark

First thing you need to know is if the starter has voltage, and if the engine crankshaft can turn. If the starter has voltage and a good ground, the battery is fully charged, and the crank can be turned by moving the alternator belt, the starter may have died.
If the oil was on the outside of the spark plugs your valve cover seals may be leaking.

91 honda accord won't start sometimes-battery, a/c, starter?

Your tempermental starting problem could be the park neutral safety switch . They get worn inside an cause this type problem . Next time it won't start place gear selector into neutral an see if it starts then . The cooling running problem is probably the cooling fan timer module . From the diagram it's hard to say which side the A/C condenser fan is on. The A/C fan has blue with yellow stripe wire in the connector along with a black one . I would also suggest you have a qualified repair shop do a voltage drop test on the starting circuit .
How to voltage drop test starter motor circuit

Starter Voltage Drop These test's will find any starting circuit problem .

My 91 honda accord is tempermental with starting. sometimes i put the key in the ignition and turn and nothing happens, not even a click. and sometimes i turn and the dash lights up. and some of the time,...

Sounds like possibly a shorted or sulfated battery to me. I would replace it, especially if it is four years old or mor. Also check all of your battery connections and cables to verify that they are clean and tight (BOTH ends of the cables).

The key switch went bad in my 88 Honda DX.I found out the problem quite by accident.Try playing with the switch very carefully and see if it will start for you! Yes the engine will spin buy it will not feed the coil so it will start.Good Luck!
