I have a 1994 Cadillac Deville that start and ran fine this morning. I returned in 2 hours and I get nothing when I move the ignition to start position. Check for electrical current at starter solenoid. No current when the ignition is moved to start position. Key chip cleanned and still no start.
Might be the neutral safety switch. Is the security ligt blinking?

this seems like the theft prevention system, same as on my dads cadi, the chip in the key may be bad,but this is an issue best resolved at a dealership. the computer may need replacing, but its about 1k. take it to a competant gm dealership.
