Why does my my Ford Fiesta rsi have a cluck sound when I change gears and when I take my foot off the accelerator?

Your throw out bearing is wore out you should be hearing a chirping like sound as well that goes away when you push the clutch in.

My 2005 trailblazer makes a bird chirping noise. Exactly like birds. My mechanic replaced the belt but it is still making the noise.

If is a serpentine belt, take it out and check the belt tensioner. some of them have a screw that allows for tightening/loosing the belt. Sometimes it looses some bearings and it could chirp.

What?! Really! The noise goes when the clutch pedal is depressed! So the noise goes when the release bearing (throw-out bearing) is engage? So how would that be a release bearing/clutch problem? If it didn't make a noise until the clutch pedal was depressed, it would be the release bearing! In other words its the input shaft bearing and/or counter shaft bearing in the gearbox. Humming Noise in the gear box

more than likely a worn bearing in your gear box, if it is every gear i would say input shaft bearing or output shaft bearing, unless it is while the car is stationary then depress your foot on the clutch if it goes away the its the thrust bearing in the clutch, also could be the spiggot bearing which will humm with car stationary clutch in or out. hope i have helped.
