This is easy. Lift the lid open. Look at the back of the sealed beam and you will see a clip and an o ring. Pull the clip up and pull wires back toward the driver's seat. Unscrew the o ring and firmly pull the bulb out toward the driver again. Note the 3 tabs on the bulb seat and realign the new bulb with those tab ( 2 bottom, 1 top). Replace with #9007 bulbs..do them both.

You may have more than 1 problem. You should go to Autozone or similar and ask for a scan. The battery should be checked for shorts also. If the battery is alright you want to check the big cables on the battery. The ground wire to the engine and the starter wire to the starter under the car.
The security system can go off if the noise or vibration trips a sensor in your vehicle. A loud car, airplane, or car door slamming can do it. Check your times for a neighbors activities. The dealer or alarm company may need to desensitize the alarm. Autozone has a tester for your remote keypad.
There is also a place on the menu in some vehicles "info center" to reset the doorlocks to lock automatically when you first drive away. There could be a bug in the system.
