I didn't get the original owners manual for my 2009 ford mustang
SOURCE: How do you reset the fuel pump circuit on 1996 mustang
Open the trunk, the reset switch is behind the drivers side tail light, or inside the rear fender area, behind the interior trunk liner. There should be a small place to put your finger through the trunk liner to reset it, without taking anything apart.

I trust that these are what you are looking for, they are screen captures of the requested information right from Ford.

did you mean the key pad on the door? if it is then you need to track down the original owner to give you the factory code then you can program up to 3 codes.
give the local dealer a call to see if they can run the VIN number for a factory code, they may charge you a fee.
if you bought it from a dealer then they must take care of that for you at no charge.
otherwise you will need to replace the key pad.

If you can find your fuse box (sometimes it's located under the hood, sometimes it is under the dashboard, and sometimes it is in the trunk) there should be a fuse map on it that can help you find the specific fuse you are looking for. The fuse map is usually on the fuse box cover and shows where each fuse is located within the fuse panel. Check under the hood first, as this is the usual place that American car makers put their fuse boxes.
If you find that he fuses are all fine, it is likely to be a problem either with your radiator fan relay, or with the fan itself. There are two ways to check this: 1: If you have a voltmeter that can handle the power of a car's battery, use this to check the wires where the radiator fan plugs in (you might have to do this with the car running hot enough that the fan should kick in); 2. run bypass wires from the battery to the fan and see if it comes on. The voltmeter is the safer way to go, but the bypass works in a pinch -- just be VERY careful when dealing with the power from the battery as it has enough juice to cause serious injury or death if handled badly. (if you need help with the bypass wiring leave a comment on here and I'll give you directions)
If it turns out that there is no power to the fan (where it plugs in) then you probably have a bad relay If you do not know where the relay is and want to do the work yourself, I recommend getting a Haynes manual (available at most auto-parts stores). This manual will give you the location of the relay, as well as step-by-step directions for how to replace it.
If you have power at the fan plug, but the fan is still not working, you likely have a bad fan motor, though you should first make sure that the fan blades themselves move freely (try spinning them with your hand .. if they are stuck then you might have something blocking them from working -- remove the blockage and you should be good). If the fan blades are moving freely and the fan is still not working you should be able to replace the fan motor and be all set -- a Haynes manual will also include directions for the replacement of this part.
