SOURCE: how do I remove the inner door panel on a 96 ford crown vic without damage?

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

I have a 96 thunderbird that I lost the key to and need another one made, how can I get the door lock off so I can get the key made?

if you use the same key to open the boot I would be removing the boot lock as it is a lot easier than having to remove the door trim to get to the inside to remove the clip that holds the lock in place.

Passenager window wont go up, need schematics of the door panel to take it off to see what the problem might be. (1996 Ford thunderbird LX)

You need a flat head screwdriver to remove the light cover and the door lock and window switch. and a phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws, the one under the door/window switch could also be a small bolt. (When removing the door/window switch cover pull back on the door handle or you will scratch the cover when removing it). Then pull straight up on the hand bar and you can slip door/window switch cover through the hole.

Put the car on ramps and set e brake.

Use engine hoist to lift engine weight off of car.

Remove mount to engine bolts, remove mount nut.

Lift engine just enough to remove mounts and install new.

Watch exhaust, fuel lines and transmission mount while lifting. They may have to be loosened or moved.

How to remove the drive side window on 96 tbird?

You have to pull the door panel, loosen the track/window framework and door opening/unlocking rods and remove the motor assembly. You then lower the track all the way down and the window is free and lifts up at an angle out through the window opening. Expect about an hour and a half to replace..

You will have to remove the entire door cover. Remove any screws you can see, pop off the cover behind the door handle remove screws behind that, pop off the plastic that holds power window switches and unplug them, then you will have to pull the door panel upwards to remove.
