The computer is what outputs that. So you want to check the wire at the computer and see what your getting. Has the motor been pressure washed or have any changes been done recently?
Thanks,

SOURCE: changed battery real cranky no start
check the fuses and circuit breakers near battery i'll bet one of them popped.
SOURCE: Not working = power rear window, power antenna, starter
it looks like the starter is bad, install a new one. the antenna gear is broken, needs to be replaced and you need to check the rear hatch for any obstructions
SOURCE: engine wont turn over intermittent problem
Hi, I believe the answer is YES! I have an 1985 Cressida wagon. I bought is used and frankly, did not ev en know it HAD an alarm until it went off a month later. But my engine doesnt engage intermittently. It makes NO sounds, not even a click or anything. I found out this happens regularly and the alarm is usually to blame, as if triggered, it disengages the engine. if you hear noise of any kind, have this checked.
I did find it I jump it , it works great! ...however, i can tell when I lock the door, subtle differences in the feel of the key turning that has been 100% indicator of the alarm disengaging the battery. When I get in, sure enough, the car will not turn over.
Someone told me to just take one of the battery terminals off and put back on and the engine will re-engage. Hah! sure. like I know how to do that.
I bought a portable battery charger 19.95 and self jump it. It works every time,. I am not sure why, but it does.
I am now trying to locate a wiring and maintenance manual so I can just have the Alarm removed. The battery is 1000% great.
Just my opinions.

Your Ignition Relay Is Faulty.
It is located in the Underhood Fusebox.
Consult your manual or the box lid for the exact location.
Please accept this answer to remove it from the work queue.
You have multiple questions for the same problem.
