2008 Hummer H2 I have had a problem in the past with loss of power and stabili trak light on I tried to let the truck sit and reset But no luck This is the 2nd time I've had a problem It seemed to shift into drive hard both times I had trouble Both times it was from start up to drive 1st time at work and now in my garage Can you tell me the best way to reset it? 1st time i had it towed to dealer and it sat overnight and reset itself Now i'm not having any luck

I need to know the codes so I can properly diagnois your problem. Here are a few tips though. Your electronics inside the transmission may be going out. You should start by changing the fluid and the filter. Let me know if there is a lot of metal or fiber shavings in the pan. Put new fluid in and clear your codes. See how it shifts and then let me know what is going on with it. Hope this helps.

whens the last time the tranny was serviced as far as filter and fluid the tranny may not be getting enough line pressure if the filter is dirty, or low on fluid, cuasing the slippage

this is a defective clock, replace it, the keep alive function is defective.

check /replace the fuel filter and check the fuel pump pressure before and after the bleed valve to the throttle injectors

The IPC detects a loss of serial data communication with the EBCM.
With out a factory scan tool your not going to be able to do anything with This . Save yourself some money an aggravation , take this to the dealer if you don't know what a serial data communication network is ! An I'm sure there are codes stored in the EBCM !
