Right front wheel shimmy

i don't know. you might consider switching front tires
to see if that helps. also try rear wheels for testing.
unlikely but perhaps by moving a rim from 12 to 6 position [ or similar] on rotor may have very small effect.

Looking at what could cause the rear of the car to wiggle side to side when accelerating from 0 to 25 mph? the wheels do not look like they are wobbling when driving down the road! tire belts bad?

Tires...rear suspension...rear alignment - in that order. I had a car with a really bad rear alignment that hop sideways every time you went over a bump in the road.

1998 voyager front tires wobble back and forth when jacked up. Is it tie rod or ball bearing?

If it wobbles with your hands at 9 and 3, its a tie rod end.
If it wobbles with your hands at 12 and 6, its a wheel bearing.

I changed tires cause of a bad wobble, problem solved, a month later it came back at 60-80 mph, gettin worse on my 94 ranger

Here's a long answer. It could be 100 things. But if your wobble is showing up at low speeds, look at the tread on the tires. Does it snake back and forth? If so you have a belt separation in the tire. If it's not a tire, you may have a suspension part that's bad. Or, more than one. Control arms, ball joints, tie rods, (inner and outer), bushings, and wheel bearings, and any one of them could be waiting to send you into the ditch, or worse. Many garages will give you a free check of your major components. Try them. If you can't or won't, jack up your truck so one wheel is in the air, grab the front tire with one hand at 9 o'clock and the other at 3 o'clock. Wiggle the tire. A very little play, is probably ok, but if you have more than 1 inch of movement, you probably have a bad wheel bearing or a ball joint or control arm. Now grab the tire from top and bottom. Try to move the tire up or down. You should have NO play, at all. Any movement is bad, probably a ball joint, but it still could be a bearing. When you're driving, if your steering wheel is wobbling side to side, it's a front wheel problem. If you just feel the wobble in your seat, it's a rear wheel problem. Don't let the problem keep getting worse. If you put used tires on, it's probably a tire. That, you can fix. Anything else I've mentioned, you can't fix without some very expensive tools, and an alignment machine. Good luck.

Does a 2002 taurus have wheel barrings

Possibilities are:
  1. Bad wheel bearing
  2. Bad tie rod
  3. Bad ball joint
  4. Bad strut
  5. Loose lug nuts
Most cases it's a wheel bearing but since you're getting a loud noise too, it could very well be a bad ball joint or tie rod end.

Can bad axel cause front end shake

yes. if the axle is bad and binding it can cause the front end to vibrate because it gets out of balance.

When applying brakes - I get a wheel wobble, o.k. when driving normally no wheel wobble. had realignment done about 4 months ago. also when driving on rough or uneven road surface seems like my shock...

it could be the shocks but due to wheel wobble i would say its more to do with worn bushings on the suspension arms etc.... best way to check is to jack up each front corner of the car at a time and shake the wheel see if it has movement side to side or front to rear if so i would reccomend getting it looked at or replacing the bushings :) hoep this helps

Wobble when accelerating

U NEED TO HAVE THE CV JOINTS CHECKED FOR EXCESSIVE WEAR, ALSO ROTATE THE TIRES AND SEE IF THAT HELPS, A SEPERATED TIRE CORD CAN CAUSE THIS WALLOW.

If you've hit a pot hole hard then the wheel could simply be buckled. Remove the wheel and place it flat on the ground if it wobbles on the ground problem solved: buckled wheel!
