Pull a couple of spark plugs when this happens & see if there wet, as in fuel. Maybe injector leakage, causing flooding condition. When engine cold, it won't occur due to added fuel needed for cold start.
Fuel pump is weak. loosing prime. either your fuel filter is plugged up or fuel pump relay is getting hot and won't let your fuel pump work. replace the filter first
Change fuel filter if you have then change fuel pump

yes it has n newer fuel filter and we took a pressure reading and it was in specks but cant get a reading when it acts up because every time we've tried it starts. thanks al
pump is 2 years old and the pressure test we've done is in specks but when it acts up and we hook up tester it starts. it has a newer fuel filter maybe 4 months old and we tried a relay this fall and it still acts up. thanks al
if thats the case would the vac hose be wet from the fuel pressure regulator when you pull the vac line off? because its not. thanks al
You have tried a new fuel filter right? Do you hook up fuel pressure gauge and only turn key to on (not start) position, and take reading then?
