98 Grand Marquis intermittent no start/stalling

I have a 98 grand Marquis, that on occasion will not start, or stalls out. It will crank but not start, or just completely die and not start. If it sits for a couple hours it will restart just fine and run for a while without any problems. It has no fuel pressure on the occasions that it wouldnt start and I could actually check it out. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, and swapped relays, and it still stalls occasionally. Any common problems or areas you would recommend looking at?

Is that a guess or is there a reason for the crank sensor diag. Is that common? I had 3 codes stored in the computer, 1 was crank sensor and the other 2 were like PATS key mismatch and I forget the other, but it seemed like it could be any of the 3.

Why does my 98 grand marquis loses power when in drive not in park or neutral.?

my first thought is the intake is dirty. a can of seafoam in your gas tank will clean that. also check the ground wire on the fuel injector rail.you can find it on the back of the engine close to the fire wall. take it loose and clean it and reinstall. last thought is the throttle po,sensor.

My 1992 grandmarquis isnt ging any fuel to the engine

I had a the problem and I replaced the inertia switch which is located in the trunk. This is the switch that will flip if your car gets hit in the rear end and it cuts off the fuel flow to the motor to prevent an explosion.
