transmission include:gear box,front differential,and rear.all have fill up bolt.the bolt is the level.the clutch reservoir is next to the brake one.(some models use the same one)
i used to have the same problem with my izuzu trooper there is an adjustment bolt at the back of the pedal near the fire wall of the car that has to be tightened if its not that then your slave cylinder might be going and you should get it replaced
