sound like throttle position sensor.have it check out.also check air duct connected to mass air flow sensor and throttle body.if air duct is loose or off.it will cause severe hesitation.

What does the 06 2.4 chrysler sebring do when camshaft position sensor is bad

Camshaft sensors fire the injector sequence. If all else is good. You would just start losing gas mileage. Hesitation is usually a dirty air filter and throttle body. What codes did you get?

Car wont stay started unless foot on gas pedal

This could be a lot of things. IT could be the injectors or the fuel pump pressure, it could be the air intake, vacuum leak, etc.

1997 chrysler concorde brakes good and adjusted properly but pedal is to the floor. Any suggestions?

If you know that the system is bled properly and there are no leaks at any of the wheel cylinders, lines, or calipers, then you probably have a bad master cylinder.
