Anything positive on 97 Avenger?

Remove the negative cable first, then the positive one.

Start by using a proper sized wrench and remove the battery connector, then go to the starter by following the cable to the other end and disconnect it. Replace by reversing the order - far end first and battery last. Reconnect the negative cable first and the positive last.

Check connection if is right,could be bent in side.

Disconnect negative battery cable first then positive then remove battery hold down screws and install in reverse. Use rubber gloves to prevent battery acid with skin contact. I prefer using rubber pliers on negative battery cable. I feel its safer. When putting negative battery cable on, place on holding rubber part not the metal contacts.

Do you hear anything when you push the button if not it's probably the window motor

Go to a local dodge dealer it may be the only place to get it and they have parts fiche that has drawings of the part to ensure you get the right one.

your coil could have gone out, you could need a new distributor, and your fuel pump could be out. but one thing is the fuses and relays check those as well. there is a relay and fuse for almost anything and that would explain why it all of the sudden happened.

replace the turn signal switch it self, mine did the same thing with the left turn signal, put in fuse and it will continue to flash... went to junk yard pulled one out of a 97 avenger just like mine, swapped them out and now it works fine. looked to be like some corrosion... to repace: 3 screws under columb, 2 screws on side of signal switch (black plastic side). unplug and replace

well the oil pan will be rather hard to change whit the engine in the car. there is a mount that holds the engine in place that covers the bolts.
