2005 PT Cruiser turns over but will not start. It acts as if it isnt getting spark. I checked for codes and it shows P0456(Which is Evap System Leak) and P0522(Oil pressure sensor/low voltage). I checked the gas cap(P0456) and it still wont start and it still showed both codes. What do I do from here?
The sensor that is most likely causeing the problem is the low oil pressure sensor. It is telling the cpu that you have a problem that unless you correct it, the motor will suffer serious damage from insufficient lubrication.Have the oil pressure checked with a manual gauge then replace the sensor unit if faulty.

Yes replace the battery temp sensor as per the error code p0516 showing up.The battery temperature sensor is located under the vehicle battery and is attached (snapped into) a mounting hole on battery tray. The sensor is located under the battery on drivers side of vehicle. The ABS battery tray will need the left and right edge lips ground off to allow the 10 inch long battery to sit in the tray. The tray should be retained so that the battery temperature sensor will continue to function. ---------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

It is a non-turbo standard.
