Fiat horn stopped working

The horn has just stopped working and it is not the fues

Activate the horn switch with a test light on both terminals of the horn.

IF the test light comes on then the horn is bad
IF the test list does not come on test the electrical connection

use the test light on the positive terminal and a known good ground
IF the light comes on, the ground on the horn was not connected properly
IF the light does not come on, there is an electrical issue with the switch, the wire grounding before the horn, or the fuse

well hugh sods law went over put the switch back together felt where the horn was tried the horn and it worked i guess i touched the wires to the horn and in moved the earth which inproved the earth lol thank you for your responce :-)

You have not posted enough inforamtion about your heater so cannot advise about it BUT if your horn is only working sometimes you likely have a bad or loose connection or a bad ground that will need to be corrected.
