Possibly a blown head gasket, letting coolant into the cylinders to be burned. White smoke is usually coolant burning. Have the engine's compression tested to verify.

SOURCE: white smoke out rear tail pipe and water or black

Assuming this is happening under normal operating temperatures, it has blown head gasket written all over it. White smoke is steam and the only way that is coming from your exhaust once it's warmed up is that the head gasket has blown and started leaking coolant into the combustion chamber. You'll need to take your vehicle to a shop and have it repaired.

What causes white smoke to come from the tail pipe with strong fumes while in idle?

A heavy presence of white smoke from the tail pipe is usually caused by a bad headgasket. If this gasket is bad, the vehicle may run rough as well as overheat.

When I start my car smoke comes out of tail pipe for a few seconds water all so coming out

Water and vapor (steam) coming from the tail pipe is normal and will stop after a few miles when everything is hot. That is one of the reasons exhausts need replacing as they rot with rust and is more evident on cars that only do low mileage as the exhaust does not get hot enough to boil off the water and it sits in the pipe slowly rusting it away. What you see as smoke is probably steam and is more evident on cold mornings. If the car is not using oil then I wouldn't worry.

91 Mitsubishi mighty max smoking an water comes out tail pipe why

If its white smoke, then you have a cracked head gasket. Check your radiator for loss of coolant and engine oil, pull the oil dipstick and see if the oil is whitish and if all the above check out you do have a cracked head.

My 86 ford thunderbird continues to overheat although i have a new radiator and water pump but no thermostat.i also have white smoke coming out of the tail pipe

You have either a blown head gasket or a cracked head. That allows water into the combustion chamber and produces what you are calling white smoke. It also allows combustion gasses into the cooling system and causes the coolant to be lost which results in overheating.

White smoke out of the tail pipe may be an indication of a bad head gasket in the engine. Pull your oil dipstick out and see if the oil looks a little milky.

White smoke comes out tail pipe

Its perfectly normal.Hot exhaust gases mixing with cold air and by products of the combustion process create the watery substance that you see spit out .Dual fuel (LPG,Hydrogen etc) vehicles do this a lot more noticably.By products of the combustion process are various but water vapour is one of them.Alot of heat is generated by the exhaust so watching a car driving in very cold conditions you can see this effect more clearly
