Blower does not blow on 1-2 3 does blow on #4 but not hot air
Blower motor resistor, had the same issue replaced blower motor resistor
The resistor reduces current to the blower so speed 1-2-3 have different current going thru it to control speed of fan. 4 is full current and goes straight they resistor even when the resistor has blown. Bad fan bearings is main culprit to bad resistors,so $20 for resistor and then $20 for second resistor and $80 for fan the second time. Just saying because it happened to me,but now I have only lv 4 fan

There is a thermal fuse inside the air duct. It is located behind the passenger glove compartment. tilt the glove door down and remove and look in. You will see a conector with about 4 to 5 wires. usually held on with two screws remove and inspect. The thermal fuse that runs between the coils will be open. Bypass it at your own risk or buy a new one from dealership or auto wrecker. May meen you fan is running too slow also and not blowing enuf cool air past it.
