Ford focus 1.6 TDCi 2008 - Car cutting out while driving. All dashboard lights on

Recently my car started playing up. There are 2 symptoms. Firstly the Powertrain light flashes will driving and car can stutter. The light only shows for a couple of seconds. Second symptom is all the dashboard lights come on, odometer shows ---- and car dies. No acceleration. Sometimes the car will need to be restarted and sometimes the lights clear and car keeps running. When car needs restarted the red light in top centre of dash (immobiliser light?) flashes. Cannot restart the car for a minute or so. Once car is restarted car continues to run ok. I have read the fault codes for each sympton. Sympton 1 codes are: PCM: P0516 U0155 P193BFINED DTC Airbag: U1900 Cluster: P02D9FINED DTC Sympton 2 codes: PCM: P05C1FINED DTC P193BFINED DTC P1936 Airbag: P02D9FINED DTC U2510 P1936 Cluster: P02D9FINED DTC U2510 P1936 I have had the car into an auto electrician a few times now. But they say they cannot deteremine where the real fault is as there are too many fault codes. The fault seems to occur in 20 - 50 miles journey. As this been seen before and what could be causing this.
