2003 tahoe sounded like it was going to start but would die out. At one point I jump started it. Then it wouldn't jump start. The next mornning Tahoe just turned on. Then when I turned it off, wouldn't turn back on again. 66Charger tried to help me. Battery is good, all connections are good, no clicking at the relay, replaced the starter, still will not turn on. Engine cranks, no security light flashing. Now engine doesn't seem to be getting fuel because no sputtering anymore, just eee, eee, eee, eee, eee, eee, crank sound. Bought fuel pressure gauge and no pressure.

IS this a one time issue? IF so when the battery dies and is jump started, the voltages can be spiked or sag and this causes issues with the electronics in the boards. When you pull the fuse and put it back you are resetting it and not letting drop or sag or spikes happen. If the issue keeps happening then you need to look at for issues with bad connections on the boards or the BCM
Many possible causes....Too little info to make an intelligent suggestion. Try charging the problem vehicle's battery with jumper cables for 2 minutes with the supply vehicle running at fast idle (or about 1500-2000 RPM, if it is tachometer equipped) before you try to crank the problem vehicle on a cold morning. If it starts right up, you likely have a weak battery that needs replacing.
Check to see how old the battery is, also has it been run down prior to this problem? If it has one or more of the cells may have gone bad and will cause battery drain. If a new battery doesn't fix the problem, have your vehicle checked for a possible short or battery drain.
Next time it won't start turn headlights on and see if they dim when you turn key to start, if they dim its most likely starter, if they don't dim possible starter switch, Have you tried to start it in neutral position? Try that, if it starts in neutral than its park neutral switch, if not could be starter switch, Just make sure you chk. all fuses and any relays associated with ignition first.
ck intake gaskets make sure there is no antfreze mixing in oil and breaking oil down if gakets are ok run a factory oil filter and go up agrade in oil such as 10w40
03 Tahoe Z71 will not start when under 1/4 tank of gas (it's not empty)... Put a couple gallons in it... no problem, 43 psi at the rails. WTF?
