I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

The cars security system is armed. Is the remote working?Or you can try using the drivers side door lock with the key and unlock the door with the key that will turn alarm off it the remote is not working.

check both fuse boxes,, One is under the dash inside the van, the other is under the hood,,

The 1997 to 2003 Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan use a standard key and remote setup with a separate remote fob. However, the 2004 to 2009 Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan use a combination key and remote on one device. To program a new keyless entry remote for the 1997 to 2003 Dodge Caravan, you must have at least one functional remote, which is required to enter synchronization mode. To program the combination key for the 2004 to 2009 Dodge Caravan, you must have two functional combination keys. If you do not, you'll need to see an authorized Dodge dealer for keyless entry programming assistance.


2004 to 2009 Caravan Programming Instructions

1. Insert one of your working combination keys into the ignition. Turn it to "On"; leave it in this position for about 10 seconds but no longer than 15 seconds. Turn it to "Off" and remove it.
   
2. Insert your second working combination key into the ignition within 15 seconds of removing the previous key. Turn it to "On". After 10 seconds, you'll hear a chime and the "Theft" light will begin to flash, entering synchronization mode. Turn the key to "Off" and remove it.
   
3. Insert the combination key you want to program. Turn it to "On." After 10 seconds, you'll hear a chime; then the "Theft" light will turn off. When the light turns off, the combination key--including the key and the remote--is programmed.
   
4. Repeat Step Three for each combination key you want to program. A total of eight can be programmed.

Check the battery first. Just because the lights are on doesn't mean it has enough power to start the van. If you or the van has a volt meter, the battery should read at least 13-14 volts to be good. If the battery is good then the alternator is good and we move on to the starter solenoid. I'm sure it's one of these. Do the lights go off or very dim when you turn the key? If so then battery.

i have the same van (2003), same problems, the deler just replace my PCM cost me $950 van works fine untill now.

Does it have RADIO Controls on Steering Wheel? If so does the Air bag light EVER come on While Driving down the road. If no to these Questions.

I am Not Exactly A "RADIO" Expert But I have seen this Before and My Repair for it was Replacement.It is My Thought and Thery that somehow the MEMORY Cuircit gets Burned out adn in turn the On Off Cuircit is also Effected by this, Hoping this is of Good Help to you., RejakWilson
