2000 gmc jimmy 4x4 snise on left front

My left front weel (driver side) is makeing a squeaking noise while driving, when the thuck is in park and you shake the truck same noise. I changed everthing on the front end ball joints brakes you name it i changed it even the upper control arm bushings. Problem went away for about 3 days after changing the upper control arm bushing, now it's back. Does anyone have any idea on what the problem might be.

i have the same problem..but i havent had anyone check it out. What can i do?

yep same thing on my 1999 blazer LT...took it into the shop and they said it was the upper control arm bushings on the right side...that they just needed to be lubricated and might as well replace them at the same time...they told me $450... for that same price i can buy a lift kit with new upper control arms.. so hopefully when i do the lift this spring the squeak stops... if not im gonna look at the torsion bars.

Check body mount bushings if just a little loose will cause to squeek.

Check your linkages and suspension underneath your car. You may have to have some of your rubber bushings replaced.

If this sqeaking noise is more like a screaching noise and you reved the engine pretty high trying to get out, then you spun a bearing.

My 1999 gmc jimmy is making a grinding sound on the passnger front side. i have changed the berings on it still making a sound the breaks are good on it.

switch the front tires left to right /right to left see if the noise gos to the drivers side if it does it is the tires put them on the rear and in time they will get better i have seen this countless times

I tried to put my jimmy in 4x4, if im driving staight its fine but when i turn, it stops like if the breaks are on, and i can hear grinding at the front . switches fine from 2 wheel to 4 and drives normal...

Loud humming noise when driving theres a vibration when i turn 2000 gms jimmy

sounds like a hub bearing. listen closely to wheather it is front or back. by swaying to the left and right you can determine which side it is.

Front wheel seems about to fall off

It sounds like the Bearings are out on that Wheel. You Could have caused damage to the Spindle in addition. Not a Cheap Fix by any Means. Check the Bearings and Spindle for Breakage.
