Caliper freezing up, Checked the caliper its ok. Checked the master cylinder its ok, checked the hoses its ok, Unsure what else it could be.
Dot 3-4 fluid draws moisture, over time, it can corrode the caliper from the inside and cause the piston to stick, either replace the caliper or rebuild it, make sure the caliper pad pins aren't bent and they may need some lube. Can also be air in the system. A good brake fluid bleed-flush wouldn't hurt either.

You either need to rebuild it correctly, or replace it - which is the most common thing to do. Since you probably have crud in it, you may have the other side crud up as well, so the best thing to do would be to change both. -or redo both brakes on the front end. Hope this helps, Rick

Once the car is jacked up, remove the front tires, then whith a 12 wrench key, remove the bolt that is located on the rear side of the caliper, not the one holding the brake fluid line buth the one right next to it. Pry the brake pad holder off and then remove the brake pads themselves. You will need to press the caliper's piston in, to be able to fit new brake pads since new pads will be thicker.
