I assume the fuse has power if the hazards work.
The third brake light skips the turn signal switch, the regular brake light circuit goes thru the turn signal switch.
Do you have power going into the turn signal switch on the red lite green wire from the brake switch ?
Hi Stephen, i have the same issue, but i don't have power in the red lite green wire before the turn signal switch, the fuse is fine, do i have to look for a relay somewhere in between the fuse and the turn signal switch?
The red and lite green wire goes from the brake switch to the multi-function switch. You should have power on that wire when the brake pedal is depressed.

Can you just check to make sure the ignition key switch is not staying over to far and not backing off when you try to start it. I had a truck that did that and it messed up my turn signals until I brought the key switch back a little after starting it. Just a simple idea. Be kind with your rating for me. Raz

Check headlight lamps... then follow the wiring from the bulb connections back and make sure you're getting a good solid ground connection. It may have a loose, broken, severed grounding wire.. it's usually attached to the car body at some location not far from the headlights.

How about the flasher itself? Mounted on fuse block. or under dash
