That code relates to the transmission:
It's the sensor that sits directly on top of the transmission case.. Easy fix.
This sensor detects the rotation speed of the direct clutch drum.
By comparing the direct clutch speed signal with the vehicle
speed sensor signal, the ECM detects the shift timing of the
gears and appropriately controls the engine torque and hydraulic
pressure in response to various conditions, thus performing
smooth gear shifting.

It's not why your car won't start.

Code 1705 is brand specific, for Toyota it is for a problem with a clutch sensor inside the transmission.
The sensor would need to be tested by a mechanic or someone with the tools and diagnostic info.

ON ENGINE BLOCK BELOW THE HEAD & EXHAUST MANIFOLD ON SOME VEHICLES.

The code is for a fault in that speed sensor on the trans you mention. Yes, I would replace it first up. See here for tests and procedures

Tech notes The code means that there is a problem with the heater element circuit of the heated oxygen sensor. The Engine Control Module (ECM) monitors how long it take the sensor to warm up and start sending an adequate signal. The code means the the sensor is taking too long to warm up. P1705 TOYOTA - Direct Clutch Speed Sensor Circuit Fault.
This is related to the sensor that gives info about the slippage rate o fthe transmisssion to the Transmission Control Module..

I have a 1999 Toyota Solara 3.0 my coil on the back side is t getting any power nor the front left side so it's 1 & 2. Brand new wires and coils what else can I do I am running into codes P1300 & P0300

U can't test the new OBD2 system (1996 up) that way, u need at a very min a code reader, better choice is a full function scanner.

That is the code for a problem with the throtle position sensor . this may not be the problem with the car, but something is effecting the way the TPS is performing. (you could get a high low idle, rough idle)
