Hi. And welcome to FixYa. You need to remove the glove box door, and then you can get to the blower motor. 3 screws holds it in. Easy to remove.

A FIxYa rating for my assistance (4 blue diamonds) would realy be appreciated.

2001 Toyota Corolla s dash gauge lights power windows and heat and fan motor out. Replaced 20 amp fuse and everything worked for a minute and blew the 10 amp fuse???

The most common thing is to listen it would require several tests to fix but first was the blower motor making any noise at all when on? if so replace the blower. if it was a window then when you moved the switch then it blew problem in window motor or wire see it takes a lot of time and effert to trace a short but try this first you might get lucky Good Luck Mike L.

What is underlying cause of 2005 Toyota Corolla electrical issues. Blower motor work then not work, also continued to blow even with keys removed. Stopped working at all. All fuses good Relay melted.

This is most often caused by a failed blower motor, the brushes are worn out or sticking and not making good contact to the armature of the motor, one other possible cause is a defective blower motor switch and or connector

1998 Toyota Corolla - Heat doesn't work - just makes a horrible grinding sound when turned on but doesn't blow at all.

Check blower motor unit for ice build up. If all clear your blower motor needs replacing. I would recommend a service shop to do diagnoses.

How do I remove and replace Corolla 2006 blower motor?

Well the blower motor is underneath the dash on the passenger footwell, you have to remove the glove compartment to gainaccess to the blower, it ahas 3 or 4 bolts holding the motor, remove and replace with new unit, it is a good idea to replace the filter once the motor is removed.
