That's your fuses check the accessory fuses they're also labeled parking accessory is the fuse you need to change on that one and make sure you don't put a higher fuse than what it requires
I don't know for sure but some cars have a "DOME OVERRIDE" button usually somewhere the light switch on the dash. Not seeing your car the dome covers mostly require only slight pressure on either of the longer sides to remove, press against the side and at the same time pull downward.
There is a short between the dome light and the door switches, this can be caused by something as simple as water damage. check all the wires and switches before you think it is the BCM.
You blew the CIG,RADIO or ACC fuse in the fuse panel, remove and replace with same rated fuse.There is a grounding issue inside the lighter housing from this
Find your dash light dimmer switch....... usually some kind of a roller/dial type of control.
This can turn your dash lights off and make them nice and bright, well at the end of the "bright" side if you just keep turning it will turn on your interior light.

did u just look at the fuses or did u test them with a test light?
