2006 Mustang dome/map lights won't turn on

I blew the fuse, but the fuse isn't labeled dome or map light, it's something else...and I can't figure out which one it is...

In the underhood fuse box check this fuse:

    FUSE # 61 20A** Power point #1 (Instrument panel)

ALSO CHECK THIS FUSE SAME FUSE BOX:

    FUSE # 64 20A** Power point #2 (Console)

HELP! Interior lights (map and dome) dim but do not go out. Fuse removed.

There is a short between the dome light and the door switches, this can be caused by something as simple as water damage. check all the wires and switches before you think it is the BCM.

I cant seem to figure out how to turn the dome light on it comes on when you key off or open door but cant figure out how to turn it on manually while driving all i can use is the map lights and that dont...

Find your dash light dimmer switch....... usually some kind of a roller/dial type of control.
This can turn your dash lights off and make them nice and bright, well at the end of the "bright" side if you just keep turning it will turn on your interior light.
