Dashlights are flickering and radio wont worki in my 350z

It could be a couple things. Take it to a shop or a place like auto zone and have them test the alternator and the battery, its free :) If they both are testing as good, the next thing would be to check the battery terminals and connections. It simply is not getting the enough charge back to the battery for one reason or another.

ONLY A LOOSE WIRE UNDER THE DASH. SOUNDS LIKE A LIVE WIRE

It is possible that when you installed the radio ,you grounded the illumination wire and blew fuse
for dashlight illumination

Check your park light fuse. You may have blown the fuse for the dashlights/park lights by accidentally grounding the night illumination wire, located in the radio wiring. That wire runs from the dash lights to the radio, to illuminate the radio at night. Alternately, if the park light fuse keeps blowing when you replace it, you might've hooked that night light wire up to the wrong wire on your radio.

There is a service bullentin on this car on that circuit,contact the dealer.

she really shouldnt worry about it hate to say , but do have a question i know its a avalon and all but do you have a trailer hitch with harness on the car wouldnt ask if i havent seen it before i work at toyota dealer as a mechanic and when they wire the harness for the hitch they tap into the light circuit causes the flickering hope this helps

manually tune in new stations and hold the preset button until it's in the memory

have the output of the alternator check... and perhaps the battery posts may need cleaning as well.
