The cab company says that there is a wire harness under dash to switch that need replaced . they had several issues with this ....all they work on is crown vics. trace down the wires from plug to dash harness and u will find it .

If is only break lights that are not working ,if your reverse light work and your signal light work than you should change break light switch is locate along the break pedal is a plug and play part no tools needed $15 for swith at auto zone. note if your head lights dont work than look into lcm plus is always good to check all bulbs to see is theyre good.

Change the light control module. it is located under the dash near your right knee on the drivers side. this is a common problem with crown vics.

SOURCE: '96 ford Crown Victoria....No hazard or brake light no turn sigal

Sounds like the multifunction switch. Try working the hazard switch up and down a few times to see if you get some lights to work. If so then replace the switch.

SOURCE: 1992 Ford Ranger Turn signal/Hazard light issue

Can you just check to make sure the ignition key switch is not staying over to far and not backing off when you try to start it. I had a truck that did that and it messed up my turn signals until I brought the key switch back a little after starting it. Just a simple idea. Be kind with your rating for me. Raz

No turn signals, everything else works including hazards, took the box out under the dash where i was told the relay would be, and yes theres like 6 relays but they dont come off the board....

Actually there is a relay however it is not an individual part. The turn signal relay and the hazard relay are in the LCM (Lighting Control Module). This is expensive to replace however you should test the multi-function turn signal switch first as I am having the exact same problem with my 95 Crown Victoria LX. If you go to any parts store they will tell you that it is just a relay and sell you one for the newer Crown Victoria models. However in the 95 to about 2002 models they employed the bad idea of the LCM.Good luck.

All my gauges and even speedometer and odometer have stopped working on my 2001 crown victoria. Any advise? The kick panel above the brake pedal is loose and every now and then if I push up on the loose...

If you can kick the panel and it work, then there is a loose connection somewhere. Start at the fuse block and make sure you have a good connection there, then move forward.

Lights

turn signals and 4 ways or hazards and brake lights all run the same circuit. Parking lights or marker lights you probably have a blown fuse. Depending on what your vehicle is it may have seperate circuit (fuse), check all your fuses

Turn signals, hazard flashers, and brake lights not working on 1996 crown vic. pushed in fuse and worked for minute until hood was shut then went out again. Also took in circuit breaker and had checked....

well makes no sense turnsignals are on ignition switch fed fuse and brake lights are on 24 hour fuse.. to me sounds like bad turn switch... it handles turn signals also hazzards. and brake lights have to go through the turn switch also... it is common problem.. combination switch is what they call it.. not hard to replace either....let me know

Turn signal switch 95% of t he time. Try to work your hazards, if it stuck at all will also cause this.
