Well first i thot it wld be ur oil rings whn u said whn first start up!! But u mentioned WHITE smoke!! Tht usually means a head gasket issue! Take it to a repair shop to get diagnostic checkup!!
White smoke could be steam from condensation in the exhaust or maybe valves? check your ignition timing maybe the black smoke caused by the car running to rich.
if the smoke is more blue than white it will be worn piston rings or worn valve guides.
Before I done services I had a combination of white then blue then mostly black but since I am only what appears to be getting big cloud of white at first start then while idling to warm up I get black and sounds kinda like pup pup pup then clears off and idles high with mild white then once warm I guess practically nothing lol, it's so random

Well it has fuel injection instead of a carb, so there is no choke.
You are right in thinking the black smoke is fuel and the blue smoke is oil.
It could be a leaking fuel injector, or a problem with the engine temp sensor. The temp sensor could be telling the computer the engine is much colder than it really is.
It may have an air temp sensor too.
I don't know if you can hook up a scanner to see what the sensors are reading since the car was made in Korea by Kia Motors.

You either have had the wrong valve seals installed, they are physically missing, or the valves are incorrect (too loose in the guides/stem too thin). The rocker arm seals will not contribute to your issue. If it did not have the oil smoke before you took the head off, the issue is with whatever the machine shop did. Valve seals have to fit TIGHT, or oil will go down the valve stem into the intake.
Take the head back to the machine shop & tell them to fix it. For free.

Have you had the injector recall check carried out? There is a problem with these injectors and this produces the symptoms you are describing. I suggest that you contact Isuzu direct for help. They have been very helpful in the case of my trooper

It means that the system is running rich, in other words too much fuel.
Try checking your air filter--make sure it is not dirty. Also check for a plugged air intake hose. Enough air is not getting into your cylinders for the proper air-fuel ratio.
If it has carb, the carb float is too high or sunk.

rings might be going bad but try an additive for that exhaust smoke first through the motor
