2003 dodge hemi 2500 wont start

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram Hemi 2500 4X4 Quad Cab with 92000 miles on it. I've never had a problem with it until recently. I was driving approx. 50 mph and the engine started shuttering and skipping like it was running out of gas, although i had good gas in it. The more i pressed the gas the more it shuttered. The engine then shut off. It tries to start but won't turn over. Thinking it was a fuel pump, I turned the key to on and heard the fuel pick up. I also tried the self-diagnosis by turning the key to on 3 times but it gave no code. A local mechanic tried to turn the engine by hand but it stops after a quarter of a turn. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Check engine light 2007 ram 1500 hemi. I've owned

There is no standard interval for the CE/MIL light. You need to get the codes scanned at a local AP store to see what codes you have.

Engine runing rough

This code is most likely not related to the problem, it sounds like you may have picked up some contaminated gasoline, maybe has water in it or other like dirt.

2004 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi when driving it stalls out wont start again until you let it sit for over a day

Sounds like a coil problem, I don't know how the ignition systems work in the hemi's but your coil could be overheating.
