The CD and cassette players on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan do not work. The radio and clock work just fine. I purchased the vehicle about a month ago and it appears to have a new battery.

U will need to enter the radio anti theft code, this lock out was triggered by the loss of voltage to the radio during the battery change, this code is unique to each radio and cam in the owners information packet when the cat was sold new.
SOURCE: where is the radio fuse on a 2005 dodge caravan please
its under the and i have replaced several radio's in those caravans because the radios are shorted out and keep blowing the fuse
SOURCE: led lights do not work on radio/cd player. no station/time displ
Work in car audio for a living. dodge caravan's are notorious for having there cd player's **** out. if the led display is out the built in reducers for the display power supply are more then likely shot. head to a junk yard and pull one out if you want to keep it stock :)
can prob get it from them for about 20 buck's and it will plug right in were the old one did. or you can go after market head unit (125-900$ at any electronic's store) buy a harness (about 18$) and a mounting kit (25$) for the easyist install :)
hope this helped

You can get free owners manuals online at:
http://www.edmunds.com/ownership/howto/articles/120189/article.html
or just type "owners manuals" in your search.
Here is a post I found that worked for my 2005 caravan.
For a
2001 Dodge Caravan: The owner's manual is vague, only stating that all
fuses are under the hood in the fuse box, no diagrams. Once you have
removed the fusebox cover, the diagrams for what each fuse does is
provided under the lid. UNCLEARLY marked is the radio fuse, a 20amp
fuse located 2nd row from top to the right of the accessory relay. It
is marked: RDO/IP IGN.

Your best bet might be to go to www.car-parts.com and find a salvage yard in your area with a used radio.
