Question about 2005 Toyota Corolla 1.6
A new fan belt, oil filter and air pump have been put on the car after the oil light came on. Initially it drove ok for about 20 miles then it started making a deep engine noise with the oil light flickering on and off again. Managed to drive it to a garage and nothing diagnosed. Drove it back home ok with no problems except for the whirring noise on top of the engine sound again. Went to drive it today and the PS light now comes on when starting up the car then goes off when running but now the whirring sound has disappeared.
My truck Hino dutro year 2005 is on check engine light, coputer say this fault, p2002 particulate trap efficiency below threshold (bank 1) now i dont know what is this fault Plz send me detail for this fault and solution.

Your check oil light correct? if oil level is full then you have a bad oil level sensor

SOURCE: 2003 Toyota Corolla oil pressure light flickers
see if you have any oil level or pressure sensors. sometimes these can get gunked up. You may need a new oil pump. I suggest you start using a senthetic oil (valvoline, mobil 1 is reccomended) after u get the problem fixed.

SOURCE: 2003 toyota corolla -had the problem with the code
It is very possible that the oil pump has failed. I would not drive the car. If the oil pressure really is low, then it will burn the motor up. The car needs to be put on the computer to see if the ECM is registering any oil pressure.
