How How do i change the headlight bulb on the drivers side of my 2007 Hyundai Entourage?

You have to take the black plastic top off under the hood on the front.....than you take the whole headlight out, I believe it's only two bolts...there is opening for each light and they are pretty simple to change.

How to change headlight lamp in 2005 Pontiac g6

To change the bulbs you need to first remove the 5 plastic pop screws on the front bumper. They're spread out at the top of the bumper right under the hood. Once you get those out, you have to remove the two hex bolts on each headlight. Then it gets tricky. You need to pull the light towards the front of the car until it pops out of the ball-bearing type mount on the fender. Once that pops out, you have to pull the front bumper forward while maneuvering the headlight out towards the front.

As per the manual it says as follows:---

Open the hood.

Hold the headlamp to prevent damage to the headlamp or to the fascia. Remove the bolts from the headlamp assembly. Remove the push-in-retainers across the front fascia. Remove the headlamp assembly. Lift the headlamp upward to release the locating tab from the front edge of the fender.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp assembly.

Remove the headlamp bulb access cover by rotating the headlamp bulb access cover counterclockwise, if necessary.

Remove the headlamp bulb from the housing by rotating the socket counterclockwise, if necessary.

Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connector, if necessary.

Remove the park/turn bulb access cover by rotating the cover counterclockwise, if necessary.

Remove the park/turn bulb from the housing by rotating the socket counterclockwise, if necessary.

Gently pull the park/turn bulb from the socket, if necessary. Install the park/turn bulb into the bulb socket.

Install the park/turn bulb socket into the headlamp housing by rotating the socket clockwise.

Install the park/turn bulb access cover by rotating the cover clockwise.

Connect the headlamp bulb to the headlamp electrical connector.

Install the headlamp bulb into the headlamp housing. Rotate the socket clockwise until locked.

Install the headlamp bulb access cover by rotating the cover clockwise.

Position the headlamp assembly to the vehicle. Lift the headlamp upward to release the locating tab to the front edge of the fender.

Install the bolts to the headlamp assembly. Tighten the bolts to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

Install the push-in-retainers across the front fascia.

Close the hood.

How to change headlight on 2004 Mercury

When you open the hood you will see a cover where the hood latch is. Some covers have individual doors on each side of the hood latch. If you have that type just pop the release on the cover and reach down to the headlamp bulb. It comes out with a twist with the socket and then pull the bulb free. Use a kleenex or gloves to install new bulb and reverse the process.

If the whole panel is one piece there are some plastic button holders to remove to lift the cover. Your headlights are underneath. In some cases the passengers side headlight may require removing the battery to access. Then just twist the socket and remove the bulb afterwards, then reverse process.

Low beambulb replacement

On the back side of the headlamp assembly, there is a cap (screws on and off). remove this cap and there is a connector (2 pin) connected to the bulb - remove it. Then there's a spring retainer holding the bulb in place -- remove it from its latch and you can remove the bulb. Install new bulb and reinstall the retainer and connector and cap.

2001 Hyundai Sonata headlights reversed

First thing to do is confirm that the low beams are actually on when they are supposed to be, and the same for the high. If they are, it is possible that some time in the past an owner simply reversed the bulb assemblies when they removed them to do a bulb replacement. My son's 2001 Sonata uses the same bulb for both high and low beams. It is possible to put them back reversed if you take them both out at the same time. Just try removing the upper bulb assembly and installing it the lower position and put the one that was in the lower position in the upper. If what you say is true, just reversing the bulbs assemblies should solve your problem providing your sonata model is the same as my son's.

I can't find the access to the the head lamps to my 2001 impala t

Unless you can fit your hand in between the body an the back side of the headlight assembly, you probably are going to have t remove the whole assembly, alot of vehicles now are that way, the whole assembly has to be removed to access the headlight bulb. Hope this helps.

Remove radiator grille. 2 plastic fittings on top, quarter turn and lift out grille.
Remove complete headlight. Simply lift out 2 L shape retaining pins. Disconnect lead. Ease out complete headlamp unit.
Remove back of headlamp unit to access bulbs. Disconnect lead from bulb while bulb still held by clip. Then release clip to remove bulb.

How do you change the right front headlight bulb on a kia sedona

Remove the headlight assembly. Just remove the 3 bolts with a 10 mm socket and pull it out so you can disconect the wire harness. After that pull the whole assembly out and unscrew the bulb cover. The bulb is held in with a spring clip.

Changing headlight bulb

HI Yes for my Jeep
I have a 2001 Jeep. There is a long bolt that scews out above the light assy in the frame and then you have to grab both sides of the head light assy and wiggle and pull it out of the little sockets which it sits in. It takes a good pull the first time, put grease on the socket balls before reinstalling.
The newer and older body styles may be different . Cheers Glen
