Your cv joint is bad. Instead of fixing the cv joint it is actually easier and cheaper to have or replace the entire axle your self. Because it comes with a cv joint and you get a new axle also.

They make noise. Growling, and can cause vibration. Find an empty parking lot, go in circles. When turning left, if the noise gets louder, it is the right side bearing. And vise versa.

Back and forth, Inner or outer tie rod ends. Don't rule out lower ball joints. A constant click turn all the way left or right, Steering linkage.

power steering fluid level and steering valve ok ?? most times leaks in these systems will not produce any codes to show on fault light


if it makes crunching noises during the turn , then it can be drive joints frozen up from lack of lubricant

if you still have the clicking noise in right front tire it could be your wheel bearing your speedometer cable goes in your trans. not your wheels

Clicking noise when i turn left
Sounds like constant velocity joints at the end of the drive shaft, the joints at the end of the drive shaft that allow the wheel to swivel, to turn. Only makes noise when turning left or right and is usually only from one side.

I have an 03 nissan altima engine makes loud clicking noise
1st check the the oil level and the vehicle's oil type.(owners manuel) 5w30-10w30
10w 30 is a thicker oil and could possibly be causing this.(Moves more freely through the engine heats the oil)
