Okay the ignition has a few relays, the relay looks like a relay but there is one relay called the # 1 ignition relay located in the inside fuse relay box on the driverside and then a #2 ignition relay located in the engine compartment relay box.
I can tell you that i have never seen these relays cause a problem as long as i have been working on them. what is the problem with the car and what size engine do you have?
I can tell you that toyota had big problems with the computers in the 2007 toyotas and most where in a recall program and were being replaced for free, the problem with these was driving problems also dieing out while driving and then no starts.

Loosen the tensioner pulley to remove the belt. It is the one that has a long bolt running through it. Once you remove the old belt, install the new one using the appropriate diagram from the above two links. Readjust the tension using the bolt you loosened to remove the old belt.
